Who we are

Gin dell’Orto comes from a bouquet of hand-picked botanicals in our Brufa lands that give our products all the essence of the Umbrian countryside.

Brufa is a small hilltop Umbrian village, of Etruscan-Roman origin, which dominates the middle valley of the Tiber, considered an open-air museum thanks to the historic “SCULTORI A BRUFA” event.

We produce two Gins, a London Dry Gin with an elegant dry and classic style that recalls the English tradition, and an Italian Dry Gin with a more rounded and aromatic style.

The idea of Gin was born from the meeting between a cook, a barman and a wine lover, who with a common passion for raw materials decided to experiment with new combinations of flavors thanks to the botanicals from our garden and orchard in Brufa, which are harvested by hand a few hours before the distillation process.

We produce Gin with a unique and authentic taste, always putting the quality of the product first and always remaining tied to the long tradition of this historic drink, also experimenting with the use of new herbs, spices and aromas such as the use of fig leaves.
